Federal 501(c)(3) Non-Profit status approved

The Libbey House Foundation is pleased to announce the receipt of confirmation from the IRS that their application for Federal 501(c)(3) Non-Profit status has been approved. Donations to the Libbey House Foundation are now tax deductible under section 170 of the Internal Revenue Service Code.

Bequests, devises, legacies, transfers and gifts to the Libbey House Foundation are deductible for Federal estate and gift taxes if they meet the applicable provisions of sections 2055, 2106, and 2522 of the Internal Revenue Service Code.
